Leading our management team is Mike Monroe, who has over 30 years in the bowling industry. Mike is currently a partner in First Frame and is the Operations Manager of the Company. Prior to forming First Frame, Mike was the general manager of several bowling centers, both large (80 lane) and small (6 lanes). Mike has helped turn around bowling centers in Iowa, Missouri, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and Oklahoma.
Greg Patterson is Mike's partner at First Frame. He has more than 20 years experience as an analyst and consultant in the private equities industry and is currently a Manager at HDH Advisors, LLC. Greg manages all of First Frame's back-office support and monitors all of the financial metrics for each project.
First Frame's four most recent and ongoing projects are located in Kentucky, Iowa, Georgia, and Florida. The center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky is a 16 lane center owned by First Frame Bowling. Just this past summer we put automatic scoring in and are continuing to do renovations. The center in Atlanta, Georgia and Creston, Iowa are centers that has a management agreements with the owners. Our most recent center is a lease agreement for a 32 lane center in Lake Wales, Florida.
Typically, we charge a flat monthly fee for our management services. However, we understand that this is often times cost prohibitive for smaller bowling centers. With that in mind, we offer a less expensive monthly management fee to cover our costs and then set up an incentive plan with ownership to share in the profits. If we don't make you money, then we don't make money!
