Each class is unique as we design them to match the skill levels of the attendees versus using a generic template. Troubleshooting and hands on visual representations are where we strive to help each attendee get their hands on physically to see the topics we are covering. Real world issues and problems are applied in these trainings to help/prepare each tech for issues to expect in the field.
We design the classes to help different roles within centers to ensure the arcade side of the business is covered and all aspects are being discussed and fully utilized. We use Q&A sessions throughout the course to ensure attendees are understanding the topics and we make time for 1 on 1 interactions if anyone needs a better understanding of a specific topic.
